Small space

You can do wonders with small areas. Think through what you want to achieve, before you start. What functions are needed, what furnitures, what style & what to keep or give away. Knock on wood

I often return to the material wood. All sorts of materials are naturally beautiful but I have my heart in the birch. Pine, ash, maple, oak – are all nice, by all means. It’s all about making sure that the different species of wood comes to their advantage in different environments. It is good to be careful not to mix without further reflection including colour selection. Since wood varies in different shades, this can create different colours in relation to the light during the day. Just take a look how living wood can look like & how incredibly beautiful it ages.

Daily inspiration, glassed

It looks pretty nice with in-glazed wardrobe, don’t you think? It’s not something you see very often – yet. You could put it anywhere in the room so you can see it from all sides. It’s just that you have to keep in mind that it takes some order then. So that it does not create a feeling of mess in the room. Perhaps it would be useful for things you love, things that is precious without being expensive, if you see what I mean. Much like a showcase in a museum. Anyway, I like it!

We are right now thinking of removing the office function in one of the rooms at home.We mostly use laptops & sits wherever it fits in time & place. We do not use the room so much as it is now. So it will probably be a sofa in front of fireplace instead. A grey I think. But my darling are more considering turquoise, bright bright turquoise. So therefore I am in no rush right now 🙂
