Perspective

Time to change the angle of the camera, or is it perhaps the motive?

It’s good, at times, to take a step back to get some distance to things & events, to see things from different perspectives. I sometimes feel that I get blinded by speed. There’s so much to be done, decisions to be made, things to be agreed on & so on. If I don’t constantly discusses with family, friends or with concerned, I’m afraid I would end up into habitual behavior, to do as I have always done, see stuff & things from a monotonous perspective.

I guess that I’ve learnt that it’s not about how fast you run, but how well it gets, in the end. That it’s not about quantity but rather quality. You just have to be patient & see things in a longer term perspective. In this case, it is nothing serious we are talking about, just different angles from interior perspective. Mostly!

Daily inspiration, elegant

Perfect spot – with the wide armchair & space to curl up in plus coffee tables on each side. Neutral colors of course & always neat with white sofa upholstery. It is good balance with the black sideboard & black picture frames, matched with gold. Elegant but appealing in a relatively simple manner.

Daily inspiration, textiles

Some fresh textiles with slightly different patterns & colours, makes a big difference to a room. This has a simple base in white which allows to make changes, by simple means. It’s styled but still, it’s appealing, neat & cozy. The yellow color heats up the surface & energises the room, small as it is.

Shopping

Shopping now & then is rather nice., especially if you’re on the hunt for something you need. Otherwise, I find it enjoyable to just to wander around, look, compare & take in things around me. Also, its fun with all the visual exposures of various trademarks & solutions. The way the creativity has been used to inspire us customers.

Sometimes, I have to admit, I don’t always get the idea behind. But if it’s aesthetically pleasing, it works anyway. You don’t sell more just because there are lots of products on the shop floor. It can sometimes be overwhelming. Carefully selected & coordinated range – it has to start there. A desire to inspire!
