Daily inspiration, turtleneck

Okay, it’s time to take a look at something stylish, again. It won’t be the latest you know, that’s not me. I like garments that are timeless & long lasting in style & quality.

Black & white yes, absolutely although there’s nothing special with this outfit if it were not for the oversized turtleneck.This is where details make a difference – even if this one, in this case, are on the generous side. It’s neat with the strap on the side, don’t you think?

Daily inspiration, robots

Some pictures can evoke memories, others can arouse curiosity or simply inspire. This image fits in all three categories. I’m fond of robots (especially the ones in meta) even if it may sound odd. All years of toy robots has made its marks so that when I look back, I remember names & characteristics of the various nasty, kind, powerful or smart characters, who at various times were my boys favourites.

Daily inspiration, dining area

Wood & white is one of my favourites to combine. It’s a lifelong style no matter if is like this, more towards country style with modern touch or very classic etc. Despite white floor & walls, there is a warmth & invitation to sit down & just hang out around the table. The light seems to pour in & allows the whole room vibrant.

go BIGGER

There’s a great deal of oversized framed photos & posters on various inspirational sites. In the right place it certainly makes a difference. In other it looks too cramped to my liking. But again taste is so different so I’m not having an opinion around that. If you don’t want to go for a big, bigger design, you can create that feeling with several small – that hangs in more rows such as one of the images below.

Some people prefer plain or empty walls while others want to fill them with all kinds of art. Either way, it works just fine with either or. But today, you get to put up with a lot of bigger options. Let’s see what you think!
