I know there are many who are not attracted by white-painted rooms but if you disregard the fact that it’s white on the inside & just focuses on the outside – would that make a difference? I find the bare white wall & the window location totally superb. It’s like a widescreen – just that the view never changes. BUT there’s no need really.

Large sofas, cool colors & space for many – it is superbly good! The fact that it is a design that reminds of the old-time way of making mattresses by hand, contributes to the whole. Yes, it’s colourful but you know what – It’s ok!

Clogs, evoking childhood memories indeed. I have borrowed this picture of a friend who posted it on FB. It’s from a very nice shop in a wonderful old gallery in Sydney, Strand galleries. These has developed into nice design but the first one in the row is what I grew up with – in red! Nice image, don’t you think?
