Hallways as well as stairs has always been something close to my heart. It’s such a crucial part of a home – the entrance to the castle.
The moment you step in, you get the immediate feeling for the atmosphere, the vibe in the home. It speaks personality – and a welcoming greeting that is an important part of the experience.

I cannot imagine a life without books. A home with books is an experience – not just reading and enjoying a story, it’s to disappear into another world. But also to create an atmosphere & comfort through books. This is a fine example of inspiration but I wouldn’t colour coordinate – that’s too much for my liking.

A cabinet is a cabinet until you fill it with things that mean something to you. Then it suddenly becomes a safe. Which contains a meaning, a life of memories. Things that have a value only for you. And makes you feel like home, at any time.
