A very Swedish bright interior with the typical light feel – white walls, floors & in this case, with furniture from different time periods in a pleasant, charming mix – and perhaps somewhat little more “mature” in style.

We have been looking around for a new sofa to one of our rooms, connected to the living room where you can sit & read without interruption or work on small projects, etc. It proved out to be a sand coloured couch, small in size but fluffy & comfortable with a lot of pillows.
But I was looking for & preferred a white one, like this one maybe…it will have to wait for the next hunt, to the living room instead.
The well known online store Ellos in Sweden opened its doors to their first physical store in the Mall of Scandinavia in Stockholm sometime in September. It’s been a well known mail order company for decades & known for their products – fashion, interior, homeware, etc. I would have liked been back home now for a quick visit.

Cast-iron cookware in bright red would be an excellent Christmas gift to our household. Not that I’m good with cooking but it sure enlivens the kitchen & the general mood.
