CapitaSpring

CapitaSpring, 280m tall, 51-storey skyscraper in the central business district. Like so many other buildings in Singapore, the architecture is intriguing.

A large part of it is dedicated to nature. There’s a four-story’s promenade open to the public with 38,000 botanical plants on level 51, an urban farm on level 17 that produces fresh vegetables & a hawker center on level 2 with 56 food stalls.

The meandering walkways are surrounded by bushes, trees, flowers & all kinds of plants. And the views is probably the best in Singapore ⭐️

Eclectic

It requires aesthetic skills & a good sense for colours, quality & patterns when working with a mixture of textiles in a setting. Especially challenging when it’s not a coordinated collection – which can add to the expression & make the eclectic feel more exciting.

Stripes & patterns

It requires a so-called fingertip feeling, when you mix stripes, patterns & different colors together to get a very nice & pleasant result. But on the other hand, it’s hard to fail with Marimekko.
