Wall light

Wall lights, with one thing in common – super stylish! Brass, copper, black, white, red – there’s a place for everyone depending on the function you seek. We are in need of wall lights in almost every room but lack of time & energy, makes it challenging to get things done right now. And with spring & summer ahead, I’m guessing that not much much will happen in this area.

Shades of brown

It’s springtime but I’m still in the mood for darker colours. Brown is nice all year round & fits perfectly to white but also with jeans, chinos & looks great in general. Now it is not just about clothes, of course. I have included interiors, furniture & textiles too. I appreciate dark colours in an otherwise light / white environments with the contrast & the crispiness that often appear. So despite fantastic weather, the brown colour continues to inspire me.

Pink

So it is time for pink again, pale pink – a colour that goes very well with other (contrast) colours. Right now I use it a lot together with white or black, occasionally with light & dark grey too. Not only to clothes, actually. I have a very soft padded bedspread in the bedroom AND yes, believe it or not, but it happens to be that it too is combined with dark grey duvet cover. I must have lack of imagination, so it seems.

Various grey tones

I think you understand that grey is one of my favourite colours – all year round. I have looked for various images with different shades of grey – and I picked things I like as well as things that might not altogether necessary be my taste, but still are very appealing. All in favour of the wonderful grey colour that works with & is a perfect base for the most & the best. It’s ok to call me mrs boring, for those of you who loves colour 🙂
