Once I bought a French book, many, many years ago, with interiors decorated with iron beds (which were not pretty or country chic), and since then, I’ve kept an eye out for iron beds.

Comfortable beds
Sometimes I have a strong desire to just sleep until I can’t sleep longer. You know, to get to sleep until you wake up – without any alarm clock or noise. I feel at times steered by what I need to do instead of what I would like to do. Then, the bedroom is a dream, with large comfortable bed, wonderful linens & big fluffy pillows.

Daily inspiration, bunk beds
Images of bunk beds remind me of the summer house from childhood. Also many holiday memories with my family when the boys were small. They loved to play, eat & sleep in the bunk beds. It was mostly in the summers, holidays, nights, etc. that they slept in bunk beds. At home, they had their low beds that were easy to jump into for safety & convenience, or rather, because it was handy. But still, I have a soft spot for these furniture, reminiscent of happy & precious memories. And there’s so many great solutions & design nowadays too.
