It’s starting to feel festive & a bit Christmassy on Orchard Road – although they’ve just started setting up the Christmas decorations. A bit snow wouldn’t be bad at all 😊

Thian Hock Keng
Visited the temple, Thian Hock Keng this weekend. Turned out to be an architectural masterpiece. It plays an important roll in Singapore’s history from the 1800s. Details of the temple’s history are recorded on stone steles inside the Entrance Hall.
It was magnificent, colourful & interesting to observe the greetings & welcoming of visitors outside the entrance. The architectural wonder & the fragrant incense in the air made it to a pleasure to just stand back, take it in & observe it all.
