Coffee tables

Coffee tables are always relevant in my world. A piece of furniture that I can not get enough of. I have certainly cleared away a lot after many moves, so it’s probably time to start looking around for new friends. I think there’s a lot to choose from, many are flexible & can be used for various purposes – and its generally great price range.
I usually like small models / sizes for some reason. It is in any case usually what I come home with. Over time, they end up in different rooms depending on the situation or needs.

Food Image

Simple dishes

I have been sick for a couple of weeks & it has been very monotonous. It feels much better now when I finally are on the mend. It just confirms my belief that one should live for

each moment & be sincerely grateful for every day that that we get
to be healthy.

But, in regards to loss of appetite then – it inspired me to look for appealing, simple & easy to cook-dishes & finger food.

Details

I have made a selection of different images with details that stands out, without shouting too much. Details that are there to discover, either for its richness in terms of expression or for its simplicity. I find most of these images inspiring but there’s only few that I would choose based on my preferences & liking. Mostly because I’m not a major user of much jewellery, lace or ruffles, even though it is neat to see on others.

Homes / Interiors Image

Romantic

Romantic environments is not something I naturally get inspired by. It’s usually a lot of pink, white, floral, jewellery & other things sweet. Don’t ask me why! It doesn’t have to be that. I find a handwritten letter rather romantic. Both because it is nowadays an unusual action but also because too many people view time as money. Generally speaking, that is!

I am not that fond of cute, girlish environments, personally. I appreciate it on behalf of others & can certainly see what it is that attracts. Maybe it’s because I’m too practical, in order to appreciate the sweetness. Although, I respect other preferences, that’s what makes the world so exciting.

Proverb

I am fond of different quotes & statements that people have made or make. A lot of them passes by without getting my attention while others makes me stop & reflect. It’s just that, it’s all about a gut feeling, what attracts one moment & or not. I tend to think that all the images that flickers past on various sites & other says a lot about the wearer of the message – the choice they make around proverbs & quotes. I imagine that we become attached to them because they are close to our way of thinking. Or is it so, that when we face a particular situation or event, becomes a certain proverb more relevant, perhaps. A proverb or short statement usually expresses a general truth, don’t you think?
