Orange has great warmth when it’s in the right shade. It’s cool together with red, pink & cerise colours. The contrast can be exciting. Orange usually makes me think of carrots, pumpkins & apricots. It is between red & yellow & generally associated with extroverts, fire, activity, danger & the autumn season. It is an important symbolic colour of Buddhism & Hinduism. But today, it’s an orange theme basically because of Halloween.

Daily inspiration, out in the open

I have a longing to come out in the open, out into the wide landscape, forests, mountains, hills – without a definite goal. Just to breathe fresh air, think freely & to balance body & soul – simply to catch up with myself. I think the image is quite descriptive.

Daily inspiration, black beauty

I’m not a motor fan, but design in any shape & colour is always interesting & exciting. As this Porsche in black polished surface – a guess it’s one of the early models, perhaps around the seventies, don’t know for sure. But it surely is a black beauty!
