Wall decor

Yes, it is time again for some nice solutions of frames in different configurations. It’s a bit more colour than usual, I think. I cannot imagine my home without pictures on the wall, or on the floor, leaning against the wall. Preferably in frames since I feel it looks as if they are unfinished. But it depends on the material & motif, I guess. And place, location, surrounding, size & style etc…

Daily inspiration, dramatic

A relatively dramatic interior design with a strong graphic expression. Rather good that the walls are white at the upper part & that the furniture are in wood. Otherwise the risk is that it becomes too much, too messy look, simply too much to absorb.

Beige colours

I know many might feel that beige isn’t a particularly interesting colour & that’s ok. I myself often return to that colour both in terms of clothing but also in terms of images. I’ve chosen different images that goes towards beige, brown, sand-coloured, vanilla, light brown, camel – without a thought of anything else than this thing in common. Window view

What would a house be without windows, whether it is seen from the inside or the outside. The daylight is necessary of course. Perhaps important to keep an eye on the surroundings, at times. For me, a window is a welcome sight, with someone waiting inside. It gives the house character & identity. Many are the times I have walked in my various neighbourhoods where I have lived & looked at houses & through the windows.

Life from the inside seems interesting too, with the different seasons that flows by, creating different views. Like the other day with thunder & lightning that lasted for quite a while. It’s nice to be inside, then! A Window is a shelter from the outside world, if you want. Just as it is an opening to the world, when you want.
