A fun way to frame a surface while it’s relatively transparent so that it feels as an extension of the room. With all walls white, internal & external, including the ceiling, glass cabinets & windows, the whole feels very airy. The actual kitchen has an impression of an embrace which makes the surface gentler & inviting because of the rounded front.

A nice picture, taken from an odd angle so that part of the table is visible, mainly the table setting with all brass candlesticks in focus. It’s stylish with grey kitchen cabinets & the neutral background. A neat layout where the kitchen & the room in front flow together smoothly & harmonic. The whole is bound together by an architectural framing, centred of both rooms. Black influence creates a foundation which is very exciting as well as a little dramatic. The glass doors provide visibility but also airiness. It’s nicely furnished with room to move freely. Plenty of hidden storage space too.

Scandinavian again but only because it’s so sweet – this kitchen. The base is white of course, with varnished floor with diamond pattern painted on. When one mixes vintage furniture with Industrial & adds accent colours of red and turquoise, as here – well, then you have a simple but pleasing expression in the kitchen. A sustainable style. And cute!

This is admittedly a narrow & elongated kitchen but the material of choice in white & birch creates an impression of spaciousness. The storage cabinets with glass doors to the right balances the entire room while the left part is not taken up by the usual the wall cupboards, which comes in handy in this layout. Since the windows aren’t taken up by any curtains, the light flows freely through the whole room. Very nice indeed!
