Singapore sling
The Singapore sling – one of the things that’s connected to Singapore that everyone has to try when visiting. It’s fruity & herbaceous – a strong drink that will sneak up on you.
It was said to have been created at Raffles Hotel at the turn of the 20th century by bartender Ngiam Tong Boon.

Margarita, or cocktails in general, isn’t my first choice as a drink but I can’t resist the nicely arranged creative drinks. When we’ll done, they’re so incredibly appealing – that you could actually order a couple for that reason only.
