Singapore sling

The Singapore sling – one of the things that’s connected to Singapore that everyone has to try when visiting. It’s fruity & herbaceous – a strong drink that will sneak up on you.
It was said to have been created at Raffles Hotel at the turn of the 20th century by bartender Ngiam Tong Boon.
