Christmas feeling

Christmas is approaching & many house & home are all already decorated with both Christmas trees, Christmas lights & all manner of Santa’s, sleighs & other stuff that goes with it.
The streets in some areas have decorated with Christmas lights that boasts of visitors who wants to see these wonders. If I say abundance of lights, you might understand the hint.
It’s first Sunday in advent – so a Christmas theme is a perfect start for the countdown 🙂

Orange

Orange has great warmth when it’s in the right shade. It’s cool together with red, pink & cerise colours. The contrast can be exciting. Orange usually makes me think of carrots, pumpkins & apricots. It is between red & yellow & generally associated with extroverts, fire, activity, danger & the autumn season. It is an important symbolic colour of Buddhism & Hinduism. But today, it’s an orange theme basically because of Halloween.

Creative ideas

I thought to share some different images of creative solutions without any particular theme. I found them in a saved folder & must once thought that there was something special about them.

On the way

Cars are not an interest that I have but I can still appreciate the design, shape & colour, of course. Especially the older models. Somehow it feels as if it was more focus on appearance in the “old days” – or is it just nostalgia that attracts, maybe. It’s by all means a lot of fancy cars today but the older classic models, they last forever, with its timeless splendour. Black is always neat or grand in some way but the bright red colour, I’ve always associated with sports cars – it has something to do with the energy & speed … I guess!

Beach feelings

Now, it’s not really beach time or season at this time of the year. Although we have warm days, the water would be a bit too cold – at least for me. But we can be on the beach all year round, of course, this lifestyle is undeniable. We usually take our bikes to the beach to stroll along the water, barefoot, to just enjoy the peace that it brings. The coffee shop at the corner of our favourite beach is open a few hours per day during the two “coldest” months & it is soothing to sit with the face towards the sun that still warms & just enjoy the moment. bungalowclassic.tumblr.com/ bungalowclassic.tumblr.com dontcallmebetty.tumblr.comBarbados beach somewhere / dontcallmebetty.tumblr.com flickr.com/ flickr.com flickr.com:photos:mychatham/ flickr.com:photos:mychatham Etsabild AB+46 8 644 90 06info@etsabild.se/ Etsabild AB+46 8 644 90 06info@etsabild.se sunsurfer.tumblr.com/ sunsurfer.tumblr.com stylemepretty.com/ stylemepretty.com enmiespaciovital.blogspot.coml/ enmiespaciovital.blogspot.com dustjacketattic.blogspot.com.au/ dustjacketattic.blogspot.com.au wenty-somethingblog.com/ wenty-somethingblog.com pinterest.com:beachcomber:/ pinterest.com:beachcomber malinconialeggera.tumblr.com/ malinconialeggera.tumblr.com fancy.it/ fancy.com sittinginthesand / sittinginthesand via tumblr.com tomvmorris/ tomvmorris via fancy.com
