I’ve got a wonderful fine porcelain cup and saucer in gift the other day. Modern design but in a slightly old-fashioned rose pattern – completely adorable, perfect to place in an open shelf when I’m not using it. (do not hide all your nice things behind closed cabinets).

This armchair is one of my favourites. I might have posted similar model earlier but it’s a timeless style that fits everywhere. It is a Howard sofa & the name of Howard & Sons is probably one of the best known in upholstered furniture. I have a sofa in white & an armchair in tobacco brown. I am thinking of new sofa covers but can’t make up my mind in which colour or if I should go for a pattern. I like the stripes!
