Colours & patterns

I, who is not the biggest fan of bold colours & patterns is not the best one to promote this but it’s not about using, the but more about enjoying – at a distance. Things can be beautiful without having to have the style or taste, of course. I admire those who can combine the pattern on pattern & add one colour or multiple colours – to make it look beautiful & inviting. It requires a certain sense & talent indeed – as well as passion!

Bed textiles

Bed textiles could be compared to clothes – that an outfit is not complete until you add the accessories. A bedroom with furniture works functionally but what creates the overall impression, which gives the room personality, style, atmosphere is after all, textiles – colour, comfort, softness. Thus, bed textiles, curtains, carpets, cushions, bedspreads, blankets, etc.

I know that I am generalising because we all have our views on what makes a home. But textiles is not about abundance. It’s more a nurturing invitation. Whether simple or more towards bohemian influence – it’s easy to customise bed textiles after each individual’s needs.

Daily inspiration, patterns

Textiles are an important part of a home. Not only for comfort, the feeling or seasonal change. All the more for the joy of colours, patterns & texture. If there is somewhat wrong shade together with something new – I can’t relax until I’ve fixed it so it feels harmonic again. Not that anyone would be able to see a difference but so what – I’m talking about a feeling & it’s important enough. These textiles are not in right red colours, for my part, but it’s more about mix of patterns in this case.
