Clogs, evoking childhood memories indeed. I have borrowed this picture of a friend who posted it on FB. It’s from a very nice shop in a wonderful old gallery in Sydney, Strand galleries. Given that I NEVER use high heels, I must say that I often fall for high-heeled shoes, for some reason. Maybe simply because it’s stylish. I like laces & it’s especially nice when the straps crosses the ankles. Absolutely no platform shoes, to me, they look just clumsy – no, simple, elegant & appealing, even if it’s not for me, you know.
