Antoni Gaudí
Antoni Gaudí, born 25th June 1852, is one of the most beloved architects in the world. After his eight years training as an architect, his first solo commission was designing lamp posts. He designed furniture, church interiors & a pharmacy & houses. The project that dominated Gaudí’s life was the Sagrada Família which started 1883 – not yet completely finished. Gaudí brought delight to the world: colour, playfulness, whimsy & beauty. He’s style was startlingly original.

Redhill MRT station, one of the first stations to open in 1988 – and once synonymous with “the most beautiful MRT station in Singapore”, with the pastel pink walls & burgundy details.
Climate-smart
Beautiful & climate-smart apartment buildings (long-term sustainable) have been built in solid wood & with extremely low energy losses. The use of plaster, concrete & plastic has been minimized.
