Sandwich makes for perfect lunch, sometimes. And as a vegetarian, this one has all the tasty veggies I need & like – roasted red peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, marinated artichokes, and rocket salad. Plus the semi-soft white Italian cheese made from mozzarella & cream – burrata.

I started something new in December, totally different to what I have done previously – which is exciting but also 😳 and I have beauties like these around me all the time. Chocolates that is – not with ice-cream but handmade premium chocolate.

Occasionally there is no proper lunch due to lack of time. Not so good of course, but there are so-called “well-made” sandwiches that are excellent as options. I think 😉
