Fresh peach and burrata salad (a semisoft white Italian cheese made from mozzarella and cream). Aesthetically laid out on the plate in natural beautiful colours and a healthy choice for lunch.

I’m not very fond of noodles which seems to be something that surprises many when this topics comes up – which is frequent in my environment, with Asian restaurants all over the place. There’s other great alternatives to chose from but noodles is the thing for many, as I understand it.
This image is not for the sake of the noodle salad in itself but for the design of bowl and salad cutleries.

I’m trying to find ways to vary the food now when I have been on the vegetarian for some weeks. It’s easy to make it the same all the time, both due time, lunch places that are often hooked on fast food or lack of imagination. But how about this lovely, fresh Caprese salad, with garlic balsamic dressing.
