Burrata fresh Italian cow milk cheese (occasionally buffalo milk) made from mozarella & cream – with blood orange.
The outer shell is solid mozzarella, while the inside contains stracciatella (variety of gelato, consisting of milk-based ice cream filled with fine, irregular shavings of chocolate) & cream – giving it an unusual, soft texture.
