I always keep an eye out for simple nutritious recipes. I fell for this simple dish & it was certainly easy to cook. This is Parmesan polenta with mushrooms & caramelised onions – with poached egg & garlic. I used mashed potatoes to make it more firm.

Crispy Cheesy Potato Stacks. Made with potatoes, butter, oregano, thyme, garlic, a bit of cheese, and some flaky sea salt and black pepper.

Chips with dip, it’s true, garlic makes everything better.Â
