Too much food for Christmas isn’t really necessary although it’s a feast for the eye. How much can we eat anyway… even so, there is always too much food & as always, food for ages to come. We have tried to be careful and selected the favorites that have to be on the Christmas table. One of them being Lemon lime tart – sweet, sour & ideal for the coffee in the wee hours.

In the heat

It’s 42 degrees right now when I’m inside for a cold drink. It’s a blue sky, green, green grass outside & cool blue pool. But it’s the transparent drinking glasses, sparkling soda, lemon / lime slices, that provides a nice refreshing sight within reach.

Fresh inspiration

The lemon tree in our backyard is already full of ripe lemons with an aroma that is spreading through the air. Seasonal vegetables in wooden crates are loaded on the sidewalks outside each shop – it’s a beautiful sight with all exciting colours.
