Neutral wall colour, built-in shelf in the wall, a stylish wall lamp slightly askew beside the bed, a single bed without headboard & sweet dots on the pillow cases, that make the whole picture. Great basic colours that creates harmony.

The daylight is fantastic right now – clear, fresh & crispy. In such moments, it feels as if it will always be like this. Light just shimmers through the window. With a little different vases in clear & coloured glass, with fresh flowers too. Well, then time is welcome to stand still, for my part.

I’m drawn to this kind of solution. (do you remember the one I posted the other day with the wall mounted cabinets). My darling claims that it’s not particularly practical to not see each other when you hang out. But it’s easy to turn to the person one is talking to or just move around instead of sitting stiffly across from each other. (a conversation, to be continued, I guess).

I seldom find nice pictures with cooked meals – hot dishes, so to speak. It is almost always pictures with entrees, desserts & sweets. Food styling is indeed a common occurrence so it ought not be a problem. This image is nice & looks attractive. The food, the colours, the composition & bowls – are well combined in a simple way.

I know, here comes yet another homemade solution. It is fun with things that have been reused in a simple & clever way – and that works well. If one then use similar materials in the remaining environment near by, to form a whole – then it can turn out to become something very pleasant.
