Too much food for Christmas isn’t really necessary although it’s a feast for the eye. How much can we eat anyway… even so, there is always too much food & as always, food for ages to come. We have tried to be careful and selected the favorites that have to be on the Christmas table. One of them being Lemon lime tart – sweet, sour & ideal for the coffee in the wee hours.

I find hallways inspiring when browsing through images with different solutions, I think it is because it’s such important area of the home, the first impressions of the place. Christmas Eve, early morning, much has already been prepared with Christmas shopping, food, cleaning, decorations – a quiet moment at the back before breakfast, a cup of coffee & then the Christmas festivities starts.
And I am so grateful that the weather is cool with breezy winds. (Not the usual heat of 40 degree heat).
