With family visiting, you can be assured that there will be a boiled egg for each one, for breakfast, no matter what we choose to eat.
That’s something that has become a habit for my father in law & we all know how difficult it can be to break these. So a boiled egg each morning, to our breakfast, it is!

Now I’m not a baking (mom) even though I might wish I had the talent. But like most, I love freshly baked, newly baked, the smell, the heat and all that implies. I grew up with freshly baked cinnamon buns and a glass of milk as a snack. Nowadays, I see it more as a soothing activity with the preparations and the actual baking process itself.Also, I think the scent that spreads through the house, makes all in the household very friendly.

Nowadays, food is often served in large portions. I think moderation is always the best. As this size of a dish that leaves room on the plate & that looks both tasty as appealing. Just had a lovely long breakfast at our street cafe with my three boys in the sun. Glorious weekend, here you are again.
