An old late 80s dessert – fried banana with ice cream & chocolate sauce. Not as common today perhaps, but a classic.

I’m not a big consumer of sweets but occasionally I fancy something along with a cup of coffee.

Something sweet – because it is someones birthday today 🙂
A chocolate cake that doesn’t look too complex to bake. Thin & fluffy chocolate base with nuts & marshmallows on top. I think I would add thin banana slices too & then finish off with chocolate sauce on top.
