This narrow alley in Adelaide, Australia was once a place where garbage cans lived – now home to the Pink Moon Saloon, a recently opened bar & restaurant, built between existing buildings, with a tiny outdoor area, designed by Sans-Arc Studio.

I am always wary of dark environments. It can drag down the experience a bit, if it’s in a small area also. This is a very neat kitchen that’s well thought out into the smallest detail. Great materials – wood, metal & mosaic with a lot of black – roof, walls, details & the rug on the floor. Nicely done!

I can’t say I am fond of camping. I would not be able to keep track of spiders & insects, which would keep me up all night, unfortunately. But still, this looks very nice out. A small but open area with fresh air & everything you could possibly need – a bedroom with a bed, candle lamps, rugs, some chairs & an open fire. Even a small window at the back.
