I love this homemade tower block. It reminds me of the days when we built & created a great deal, with our boys when they were little. They loved to do carpentry, cut in paper & in fabrics & to paint – and surprisingly often, with unbelievably great results. Probably because it was genuinely made by small clumsy hands & with much love & admiration by the parents.

It’s an unusual detail with stairs that are painted (in yellow) on the front – it immediately becomes exciting & feels refreshingly different. The yellow colour are acidulous & fresh to white. I probably would have stayed there & or maybe just continued with only the black on the side but it’s more a personal taste & opinion.

This is a picture that I borrowed from a friend who lives in Sweden. She posted this image on FB a while ago, when she was on a walk in this beautiful autumn surroundings. Wonderful colours indeed. Hard to beat reality sometimes. Can you believe these colours?

Black Vespa 300 – a perfect means of transport whether it’s rush hour or a quiet ride home. Easy to run, great city bike & very fast (of course within the speed limit) plus convenient & practical. A little beauty, design-wise also.
