Pale pink

I am not a person who uses a lot of colour but appreciate colour joy in others. However, I have periods, but not very protruding colours, which creates a need for a clothing accessory or little change through textiles at home. Right now, I appreciate pale pink shades & when that feeling arises, I see that colour everywhere, of course. That pink shade I’m talking about, is really nice together with white or black. Nice also to gray – of course a lot of other colors – but that’s what I prefer right now.
The last photos of clothing is maybe more what I’m after.

Coffee tables

Coffee tables are always relevant in my world. A piece of furniture that I can not get enough of. I have certainly cleared away a lot after many moves, so it’s probably time to start looking around for new friends. I think there’s a lot to choose from, many are flexible & can be used for various purposes – and its generally great price range.
I usually like small models / sizes for some reason. It is in any case usually what I come home with. Over time, they end up in different rooms depending on the situation or needs.

Romantic

Romantic environments is not something I naturally get inspired by. It’s usually a lot of pink, white, floral, jewellery & other things sweet. Don’t ask me why! It doesn’t have to be that. I find a handwritten letter rather romantic. Both because it is nowadays an unusual action but also because too many people view time as money. Generally speaking, that is!

I am not that fond of cute, girlish environments, personally. I appreciate it on behalf of others & can certainly see what it is that attracts. Maybe it’s because I’m too practical, in order to appreciate the sweetness. Although, I respect other preferences, that’s what makes the world so exciting.

Time to sit back

I know that i have said it before but i don’t mind repeating myself, what makes a restaurant is more than what is served on the menu. It is the total experience actually. The moment you open the door to enter in, you can immediately feel the atmosphere – if not, then it is not worth it.

At least, if you are after a memorable night in a nice place with great feeling for the whole experience – whether it is the menu, people with you & around you, waiters, the space, the lighting, furniture, etc. I do really mean it when I say that it doesn’t matter if it’s exclusive, famous, simple or just a whole in the wall.

Daily inspiration, public environment

Public environments may be boring but also incredibly inspiring. It is often a lot of thought& much effort that has been behind every solution & very analysing before it’s finished. I like these simple, school chairs, with the curvy shape created by the layout.
