I know many might feel that beige isn’t a particularly interesting colour & that’s ok. I myself often return to that colour both in terms of clothing but also in terms of images. There is a little of everything in this room that inspires. The grey wall colour to the white ceiling with stucco, white lamps & the white table with dark brown chairs. The different frames in a grouping, light grey rug that holds the together the furniture & the splash of colour with the yellow armchair.

I was in the city in my job the other day & did a quick visit in to the Marimekko shop on the way from lunch. Nice, inviting & inspiring, what else to expect with a range like that. Their classic pattern are bold & colourful. A must-have-feeling, forces you to buy something, just of pure delight.

A beautiful room that is very nicely styled. The color is perfectly balanced with a nice bed frame. Armchair on one side and a little round table on the other side. The lamp that hangs down on one side does its bit, too. Single colour linens combined with a patterned immediately becomes more interesting & gives additional dimension to the expression.
