Socks in heels – are not a usual sight. I think this image is very inspiring but I am not sure that this style would suit everyone. But as a kit with socks, shoes, bags & wool coats – and the lovely bright colours, it’s all the same, very energising.

I’m switching between different colour phases right now. It changes admittedly but I stick to the darker colour scheme. Brown, black, grey, dark blue … well, you might not think that these are what you would call colours. No matter what, black is beautiful, always, to anything & everything. Black on black, black & white or black & plaid or striped. Here is a mix of images that might inspire.

There is an abundance of shoe shops in this city – although the range many times are relatively similar in style, it’s always possible to find something nice. Lately it has been men’s shoes that have been the case – not as easy but nor impossible. (don’t underestimate the importance of socks with colour).

A style that some might think is a bit boring or predictable but nonetheless, my favourites leather loafers. Two new ones lately, to replace the worn-out that has been around a while – one in black & in chocolate brown. Wonderful with the almost non-existent heel & perfect to just about everything … and madly comfortable!
