Wellness
We have entered a period that usually occurs one or two times a year in our home. My husband wants to get in shape but prefers to not exercise or work out. Our boys don’t care anymore, they eat healthy most of the time. So I have to support him in his efforts by participating. (at least at home).

daily inspiration, sweet cherries
More beautiful decoration than that, is hard to beat. And edible to! I  have a fondness for sweet cherries right now. For a while we lived only on mango. Try golden mango with fresh baked bread & creamy aged cheese – the sweet & salty taste together is a joy. But these berries are current right now. Not only delicious but beautiful to the eye as well.
