Boiled egg

With family visiting, you can be assured that there will be a boiled egg for each one, for breakfast, no matter what we choose to eat.

That’s something that has become a habit for my father in law & we all know how difficult it can be to break these. So a boiled egg each morning, to our breakfast, it is!

Asparagus

Lots of asparagus for breakfast nowadays. I might need to change my eating habits. It was avocado sandwiches for a while, including additional healthy options, of course.
