I love oatmeal for breakfast & it’s both useful & cheap & can rather easy make your porridge varied & exciting.
If you soak the groats before going to bed, you’d save time because soaked porridge doesn’t need to be boiled as hard as “regular” boiled porridge – but be simmered on a lower heat & thus doesn’t get the sticky texture that you might otherwise associate with porridge.




Sandwiches work great for breakfast, lunch & dinner with various toppings & goodies. And as party food ⭐️
