Lately, our mornings have started with fried eggs. We’re trying to experiment with different flavours & side dishes. And picking up tips & inspiration from various food accounts – like this one ⬇️ flavourful Za’atar eggs served up with lemony yogurt & chili oil.

Interesting premise of Netflix’s new docuseries, You Are What You Eat. Identical twins change their diets & lifestyles for eight weeks in a unique scientific experiment designed to explore how certain foods impact the body.

It can be difficult to get varied dishes when you are vegan or vegetarian & out at a restaurant, although it has gotten better in recent years. Pizza, hamburgers & salad are often offered on the menu. Here in South Asia it’s not so easy considering that traditionally a lot of meat is consumed.
