I’m one of those who considers the breakfast to be the best meal of the day. Not only can it set the tone for the day ahead & provides essential nutrients. It’s the slow start to the morning when you’re in no rush or have time to spare. Perfect!

How wonderful with a slow start with a breakfast. Croissants from the local bakery, listening to the radio & some books.
