Fine Day, the Australian bedding & sleepwear brand, sells sheets in fabrics including organic cotton, silk & jersey. The products are incredibly soft to the touch. I especially like the simple, modern design (which is designed in Australia) but as far as i know is ethically woven in Turkey from sustainably farmed materials.
