I find this a very attractive & nice idea. Being able to combine traditional classrooms with futures-learning environments, like this. Well, not only school environment but also as small quiet rooms for different workgroups in office environments. Preferably with an adjoining coffee shop, of course. That would do the trick for motivation & job satisfaction.
