French iron beds -may sound a bit hard but it is a title of a book that I bought a couple of years ago. The book is adorable but not really my style. I just happened to like the images & bought it by impulse. I helped a friend with some suggestions to her guest room & hunted up the book as a helping hand to visualise the ideas she had. When I got back home again, I flipped through the book & appreciated (again) the images. It’s probably has a lot to do with mood & feeling at the time. It’s important to be able to see & appreciate the beauty of things & not have to make a choice. Like or don’t like doesn’t matter - it’s more about how it’s combined & looks together, really. Throughout the aesthetics impression, the material selection, choice of colours & composition. Modern or trendy as well as traditional isn’t really essential, it just adds one more dimension. All in all, it’s about personal residence based on individual preferences. No style or taste is ever wrong, as long as it’s true in the user’s eyes - that’s the charm of the whole thing.
