Hej again friends,
The large fruit & vegetable market here in Sydney is a must, wether you live here or just on a visit. You have to get there early, at least around 07.00 in the morning to enjoy the buzz, the noisy atmosphere, people who pick & choose among the fruit stalls, discussions & dialogue as well as salesmen shouting about offers. It’s like a performance at the same time as you sense lovely aromas of fruits from around the world. It’s stressful, of course, with all those who is in a hurry for various reasons & those who sneaks through before you. But that’s part of the scenery, so why not. I appreciate all coloures of course – fruity, glossy, mature & bright colours & all wonderful scents. We always return home with way too much goods, inspired by the environement & the experience.
We are in a period now where my sweetheart has decided to eat healthy. So for an indefinite time to come, it wil be fruits & vegetables for all of us … it’s about support, so that he will not be tempted. If we’re not munching, he wont be doing it either. Discipline has nothing to do with it at all, I guess :)
Look out, here comes the slender family … soon.
