Hej dear friends,
The weather has been up & down- some rain, some sun, some wind & rain again but hot more or less, all the time. We’ve spent much time in our backyard, despite the weather. I guess patios are relevant throughout the year, the weather does not limit really. One of my oldest friends loved to redo his patio for the winter period. Different plants with well chosen pots together with wintry accessories including his gas grill, where he prepares most of what’s needed for the Christmas dinner. He used same furniture during the cold season but added thick cushions, sheepskin, lots of blankets & his gas burner … not bad at all in the middle of the bitterly cold winter. With lighted lanterns, it’s as good as any nice place in the world. But It’s not winter right now, at least not for us on this side of the world. Although some would state the opposite. Someone said it was the coldest summer season in 52 years in Sydney. I still think it’s nice, it’s definitely not cold eventhough weather changes.
So with that in mind, I thought to blog about different on patios.
